About Dr. Raymond Force (Christian Marriage, Parenting, and Youth Speaker)
Christian Marriage, Family, Youth, and Public Speaker (at the age of twenty-two, Dr. Force filled 100 speaking engagements in a 10 month period), TV Host, Radio Guest, Christian Marriage and Family Counselor, Author, Senior Pastor, and Founder/Director of Hitting Home are a few of the roles that Dr. Force has played in his quest to help others in a self-absorbed, undisciplined world. Having underwent his own personal battle with anger and marriage problems, he brings more than book knowledge to the table in his books and speaking engagements. My Problem with Anger
"Early in our marriage, I was really into me. I had a horrible addiction. I was addicted to myself. I was saved, in church, and serving in the ministry, but I was supremely focused on me, and I was not very thrilled with anyone else that wasn’t interested in the same.
I was not a fountain, but rather, I was a drain to those around me. Especially my wife. I withdrew much more than I deposited, and I was, indeed, the black hole of our family. (By the way, every dysfunctional family has one.) I had a way of sucking the joy out of everyone, and when they weren’t bowing down and worshiping my dreams, my wants, and my desires, I would quickly become angry . . . "
Raymond is now the Director of Hitting Home. Hitting Home is a Christian organization that is dedicated to reaching as many people as possible through its resources (books and Cds) and speaking engagements.
